Benny's case was the first game where I had the role of manager, and it was also one of the projects with the biggest team I had to manage.
When :
May-June 2021
Duration :
3 weeks
Project size :
8 members (4 designers, 4 artists)
Pitch : When L.A. Noire unfold in a dinner in the 80s.
Synopsis : A reporter is sent to investigate on a Diner company who use some doubtful methods of productions.
As said before, this project was the first one where I put into practice one of the methods I learned in class. The goal was to simply make a good follow-up of all the group to follow at most the progress of the project which had a short duration. An optimal follow-up allowed to take decisions at the right time and to solve eventual problems during the production.
This first screenshot shows the follow-up of the Game Designer part of the game with the progress of the tasks of each phase and what the people are doing day by day.

The following screenshots show a first form of TSE with all the tasks to be carried out for each team (Game Designer & Game Artist). A Trello for asset communication was also set up.

I've also tried to streamline the information with a bunch of documents that give visions of the game and detail certain parts to be more efficient in developing features and optimising production time.
You can find screenshots of some of these documents here.
Explanation about the final part of the game with the elaboration of an article. The visual and the texts are brought with this document.
